Der Zustand der Installationen und deren Ausstattung befinden sich insgesamt in einem funktionstüchtigen, jedoch altersbedingt überholungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Heizungs-anlage basiert auf einer Ölheizung (Tankinhalt ca. 9'000 Liter). Sie scheint aus dem Baujahr 1993 zu stammen, ist derzeit noch in Betrieb, dürfte jedoch ihr technisches Lebensende in absehbarer Zeit erreichen. Auch die Sanitärinstallationen sind noch funktionstüchtig, entsprechen aber in Ausstattung und Ausführung nicht mehr den aktuellen Anforderungen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und bietet die notwendigen Funktionen, ist optisch und gestalterisch jedoch nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Gleiches gilt für die Nasszellen, die ebenfalls modernisierungsbedürftig erscheinen.
